Where Healing Meets Meaning.
At Mind Medicine, we want to help you discover a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your life. We understand that life comes with its highs and lows — and navigating certain health conditions can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a unique, holistic approach to healing that integrates both evidence-based counselling techniques and the powerful support of herbal medicine and nutritional therapy.
The Greek meaning of trauma is “wound.”
At its core, trauma creates disconnection — from ourselves, from others, and from life. But healing and reconnection are possible. We believe this journey of reconnection is the gateway to holistic health and true balance.
At Mind Medicine, you are invited to become the driver — not just the passenger — in your own journey to wellness.
Our team includes four experienced and compassionate counsellors, each with their own areas of special interest, so we can offer tailored support for:
Whether you're seeking support for emotional wellbeing, physical health, or both, we’re here to walk beside you — offering guidance, connection, and care every step of the way.
Your healing journey starts here.

My journey into wellness and healing began later in life — but once it started, there was no turning back.
Having lived through my own battles, I bring not just professional expertise, but lived understanding. In my younger years, I experienced an eating disorder and grew up in an abusive and neglectful environment. I carry the imprint of trauma, including the deep wounds of medical PTSD from my teenage years in Chelmsford, and the devastating loss of my first child to SIDS.
These experiences shaped me profoundly — not as a victim, but as someone deeply committed to healing, growth, and meaning. They led me to seek not only my own recovery, but to walk alongside others on their path to wholeness.
As I supported clients with physical health challenges, I began to witness a powerful truth: the mind and body are never separate. What affects one, affects the other. This awareness became a turning point — a catalyst that inspired me to deepen my knowledge and pursue a Master’s degree in Counselling to facilitate true holistic healing
Today, I offer a truly integrative approach to health and healing. I draw from both the science of natural medicine and the depth of psychotherapeutic work, holding space for people to heal not only their bodies, but their hearts, minds, and stories.
My passion lies in helping others rediscover their power, reclaim their voice, and reconnect with a sense of purpose — especially those who feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by their past or current circumstances.
I believe healing is always possible. And it’s never too late to begin.
